Every Austin Stitch Club attendee comes together for a weekend built entirely around community, creativity, and celebrating the art of needlepoint — friends, gorgeous stitches, and a whole lot of good company. This fee is what makes that happen, and it's required for everyone, on top of your room price, no exceptions. And yes — everyone must stay on property. This one's meant to be lived in together, not commuted to.
Where we'll be:
Terracotta Retreat — a private 5-acre Wimberley estate with six separate homes, two pools, a hot tub, and covered outdoor pavilions.

This retreat is built to be calm, restorative, and low-key — think slow mornings, good company, and needle in hand, not a party weekend.
The Fine Print
All tickets are non-refundable.
Can't make it anymore? You're welcome to request a spot transfer to someone else, with host approval.
All attendees must complete the required forms and waiver
Keeping the Weekend Safe & Comfortable for Everyone
We want this retreat to feel easy and safe for every single person there. To protect that, the Hosts reserve the right to refuse admission, remove a participant, or cancel a registration at any time for violations of these rules, unsafe behavior, or conduct that disrupts the experience for others.
Please note: the retreat fee is required for all attendees in addition to the room fee, and all attendees must stay on property for the duration of the weekend.
